The Crown Group - Algonquin Town CenterAlgonquin, IllinoisProject Goal: To provide all design, engineering and construction for the development of a new 78,000 S.F. Retail Shopping Center and a 536-space parking lot. Also included are outlet and tenant improvements for space to be occupied by Schultz Sav-O Stores, Inc., and a True Value Hardware store to follow. Commentary: The Crown Group called upon UISC to help in the development of one of its northwestern Illinois properties. The scope of this project included the construction of the Algonquin Town Center (a retail shopping center), its adjoining parking lot, and the build out of retail tenant space in the interior of the Schultz Sav-O Stores “Piggly Wiggly” grocery store.
