Harbor Grand Hotel & SuitesNew Buffalo, MichiganProject Goal: To provide all design, engineering and construction required for the "Turn-Key" development of a new 40,000 S.F. luxury hotel on the Southeast shoreline of Lake Michigan including all parking/site development. Commentary: This project consisted of many special requirements in order for it to live up to the description of a luxury hotel. UISC rose to the challenge and provided New Buffalo, Michigan with a hotel that not only carried out every detail in the design, but also offered every amenity. Building areas include the following:
Total Project, including design, permit process
and construction was completed within nine
months of ground breaking and was ready for
its grand opening the following month.
