The Crown Group Inc. - Park PlazaCary, IllinoisProject Goal: To provide all design, engineering and construction required for the development of a Retail Shopping Center including a Walgreens Drug Store as the anchor tenant, and all site development. Commentary: The Crown Group Inc. contracted with UISC to construct another Retail Shopping Center, this time in Cary, Illinois. Building areas include the following:
Walgreens dictated a very aggressive schedule that required UISC to implement a
dynamic compaction process to accommodate the very poor soil conditions
throughout. As a result, the Client experienced substantial savings.
