The Crown Group - Wauconda CrossingsWauconda, IllinoisProject Goal: Provide all design, engineering, demolition and construction required for the development of ten acres into a Shopping Center complete with a Dominick's Fresh Store and a Walgreens Drug Store. Building areas include the following:
Commentary: The Crown Group called upon UISC to turn a ten-acre piece of land with unsuitable fill into an
aesthetically pleasing and beautifully landscaped Shopping Center. In order for this
transformation to take place, UISC had to demolish six existing buildings, remove 20,000
cubic yards of the unsuitable fill, replace it with 30,000 cubic yards of engineered fill,
install all new site utilities, place one new road, and reconstruct a second.
