United Insulated Structures Corp. is highly experienced in every aspect of a project’s development, and this allows us to offer a broad range of services which provide our clients a seamless process in the delivery of their projects.

UISC specializes in taking projects from Conception to Completion, typically via the Design-Build delivery method. We have the ability to take single source responsibility for the design and construction of a client’s facility utilizing our in-house design team. Our record of successful projects and satisfied clients is a testament to the benefits of this delivery method.

UISC also delivers projects in the traditional General Contracting method. Working with an outside Architectural/Engineering firm, UISC offers complete construction services and facilitates communication among Owners, Designers, and Contractors.

UISC also has a large team of field personnel that self-perform many of the building component systems. Our crews self-perform all of the “Cold Storage Components” of the project, including insulated metal wall and ceiling panels, floor insulation, roof insulation, refrigerated doors, and specialty traffic doors. This allows for the highest quality construction, competitive pricing, and the efficiency associated with in-house capabilities.
